Life-saving Support for Kidney Patients.

What is Dialysis?

Dialysis is a life-sustaining medical process that removes excess water, solutes, and toxins from the blood in individuals whose kidneys can no longer perform these essential functions naturally. Hemodialysis, in particular, uses an artificial kidney (Hemodialyzer) to efficiently filter waste, excess chemicals, and fluids from the bloodstream. While this treatment is vital for those with kidney failure, it can be prohibitively expensive and requires frequent sessions.

Our Commitment to Care

To support low-income and white-collar patients who cannot afford expensive dialysis sessions, Al-Mustafa Welfare Society established a dedicated Dialysis Department at Al-Mustafa Hospital in 1998. This unit is equipped with 12 dialysis machines and has successfully conducted over 166.2 K dialysis sessions to date.

Under the supervision of a highly qualified urologist and a skilled team of physicians, nurses, and technicians, our registered patients receive comprehensive check-ups during each visit, including consultations on treatment plans and dietary requirements. Additionally, we provide essential medications, including injectables, either free of cost or at subsidized rates.

By sponsoring a dialysis patient, you can make a profound difference in their life, ensuring they receive the critical care necessary for survival and a better quality of life. Your support helps us continue providing this vital service to those in need, allowing patients to focus on their recovery without the burden of financial strain.
